Britec 5-year Warranty Policy

Britec’s warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the day of purchase on your invoice or warranty card.

During the 5-year warranty period, Britec will replace any faulty parts at no cost to you.

What does this 5-year warranty not cover?

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Product that has been damaged by accident or negligent use
  • Product used for something other than the intended purpose.
  • Any modification to the product
  • Damage from fire, flooding, or other natural disasters

Returns and Exchanges

Returns & Exchange Policy

If your product arrives damaged or broken, or if you’ve had a change of mind and the box remains unopened, we will happily exchange it for a new product at no cost. In cases of change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Please choose carefully — we offer different stand designs to suit either top or front-loading washing machines. It’s important to select the correct stand for your washer.

Before opening the box, please check the label to confirm that you received the stand you ordered.

Once the box is opened and the Dryerstand has been assembled, it is considered a used product and cannot be returned or refunded, even if it does not fit your space.

We strongly recommend measuring your intended space and ensuring you can access all functional buttons before placing your order.

To make a claim, please email customersupport@britec.com.au about your claim request and include your proof of purchase.

We may require photo evidence depending on your claim.
