All our products are covered by our 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. If, during this period, your product suffers from any fault, we will exchange it at no cost.
Please note that the warranty does not cover appliances (e.g. your dryer), any ‘wear and tear’ or damage arising from inappropriate use.
Overseas customers will be required to cover any return shipping costs to Australia in relation to the warranty claim.
