Britec 5-year Warranty Policy

Britec’s warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the day of purchase on your invoice or warranty card.

During the 5-year warranty period, Britec will replace any faulty parts at no cost to you.

What does this 5-year warranty not cover?

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Product that has been damaged by accident or negligent use
  • Product used for something other than the intended purpose.
  • Any modification to the product
  • Damage from fire, flooding, or other natural disasters

Returns and Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or broken, we will exchange it with a new product at no cost.

Please choose carefully as we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind or if the product does not fit. For this reason, we recommend you measure the intended space to ensure fit and that you will be able to reach functional buttons before placing your order.

We may require photo evidence depending on your claim.
