We purchased the Maxi Dryer Stand as our heat pump dryer could not sit beside the washer withe the space in our new homes laundry. Upon arrival i attempted to put it together however the crossbars didnt match up. I tried everything (i thought). Jesse on the chat was able to take my issue further and get me assistance late at night. The next day i recieved a call from Tony who was able to come out (weekend) and have a look at my issue and provide me with replacements if i needed. Tony arrived and he must have miracle hands. There was no need for spare parts. Tony put the crossbars on in the exact spot i required them and it took him no more than 5 minutes. Thank you Tony and Thank you Jesse! I have had an outstanding experience and im very keen to put my laundry to use now.

This stand turned out to be perfect! It's construction is really solid, it looks high quality and for someone who dislikes self-assembly it was fairly easy to assemble. I was able to do it on my own although the instructions suggest two people. This is because it can be a bit awkward lining up one part while holding another, but its easy enough to find a work-around. Also, the ability to be able to adjust the sizing of the stand, both the width and the height really made the end result perfect. It's like it's made for my washer and dryer. Definitely recommend!

In researching options for locating our dryer in our small laundry, I found the Britec Dryer Stand online. It met our needs perfectly. The stand is a very strong, stable and robust kit and very easy to put together. We have a large top loader washing machine and the stand fit exactly around the machine. Perfect for a small laundry! My dryer used to be in my bathroom and finally it’s now in my laundry. I now have an organised laundry and a space for a nice towel rock in my bathroom. It’s secured! Overall a good little unit I’ve had for over 5 years. Just wish it had more intermediate adjustment steps as it says it’s good for confined spaces but one slot won’t fit around our new washing machine, but the next larger one won’t fit in the cavity between the built-in cupboards. An intermediate hole would have made it the perfect width. The width difference between holes is about 10cm, and half of that would have seen it fit around the machine yet in the cavity.
